CUSTOMER APOLOGY — BIG SHO SPORTSWEAR

To everyone who ordered Botswana Independence T-shirts from us, we sincerely apologise for the delays and difficulties reaching our team.

We stopped accepting new orders last Saturday and have been working tirelessly to complete existing orders. Unfortunately, production challenges have affected our turnaround times. We understand your frustration and apologise for letting you down.

We are receiving over 500 enquiries daily, which has made it difficult to respond promptly to every WhatsApp message and call. However, we acknowledge that we should have communicated better.

If you have paid and are still awaiting your order, or your messages and calls have gone unanswered, please send a private message to our page with the phone number you used when placing your order. This will help us trace your order and assist you effectively.

We are committed to assisting every customer who has paid and resolving all outstanding orders. Thank you for your patience, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
