If you have encouraged members of your family or close friends to aid you in your planning, then they may be natural candidates for you to have in attendance. Some couples like to include a member of the family who has offered to pay for either their floral decor in an attempt to learn together about the costs associated with wedding floral design.
Their fiance may also join consultation, this is a good time to start your life together decisions which may include negotiating major life decisions and practicing the art of couple diplomacy.

Sit down with your partner and determine what the three most important aspects of your wedding will be. Is it the food and drinks? The venue or specific wedding date? Locking in a certain wedding photographer or live band? Prioritize those details and be willing to compromise on the rest. This will help you stay within your budget.

Setting your budget is a crucial first step to wedding planning
this is Why?
1.You need to see the big picture before you start booking your vendors.
2.Everyone that is paying for the wedding needs to be on the same page.
3.You need to be able to give your number to your planner so we know to guide you.

What is your BUDGET is not because we want to drive your budget, but it’s so we know how to guide you. I want to find ways to maximize the investment you can spend. And I don’t have a place to start if I don’t have your number.

I encourage you to not be afraid of the budget conversation. Have it early on and get it out of the way, so you can focus on the fun and pretty of the wedding!
