In hindsight, I should have started Rent A Marketing Manager By Bash Connektor while I was still in corporate and had financial stability. I could have funded my side hustle with my 9-5 income, instead of being pushed into entrepreneurship after struggling to land a 9-5 post-Covid.

5 years of Bash Connektor taught me this:

1. Corporate cushions you with finance, ops, marketing support, and more. As an entrepreneur, you wear all those hats alone until you can afford a team.

2. Serving Batswana clients in the diaspora also showed me: Visibility and lobbying from abroad is way difficult than on-the-ground facilitation from home. Both matter, but they’re different skills.

2009 with last role being Product Development Manager Deposits and Debit Cards.

Currently she is Founder and Director of Bash Connektor a Marketing Company
with a twist linking people, experiences and brands which she started in March, 2022. Some of Basadi 'Bash' Masimolole 's personal milestones are being selected as South Africa Tourism Ambassador for the Sho't Left Campaign (2009) and playing role of Team Leader Miss Botswana Turnaround (2018)
