Well we certainly had a fun and eventful time creating this magnificent spread of Moroccan Mezze. (From upper left)...Fresh orange wedges, salad of marinated beets and red onions, roasted red pepper dip with walnuts and pomegranate molasses, steamed couscous, homemade flatbreads, lamb and apricot tagine with preserved lemon, cumin spiced carrot salad with yoghurt and chargrilled eggplant and tomato dip............
