We've gotten this question countless times. Many brides-to-be are unsure of the difference between these two roles.

Both are important and when done in harmony, the couple's vision of their day is brought to life and the day operates smoothly.

Wedding Planners handle the logistics such as planning, vendor recommendations, discussing color palettes, florals, theme, style etc.

Day of Coordinators ensure that the days runs smoothly. They are in constant communication with the vendors and serve as the point of contact on the big day.

Sometimes, one person plays both roles and other times these are two different people working together in harmony to ensure their bride and groom have the best day!

A wedding cake is a staple of any wedding reception.

Not only is it delicious, but it is so beautiful and makes for a great photo op.

Our decided on a beautiful and mouth-watering 3 tier . This beauty was a decadent White Chocolate Raspberry that had us all wanting for more.

Naked Cakes are very popular because of their natural, rustic look and less icing allows you to enjoy more of the delicious cake. Sugary Crave lives up to its name because, honey, that was a delicious cake!

1. The very first thing to do when planning a wedding is to set a budget. This way you (or your planner) will know what not to exceed and have a specific figure to relay to vendors.

2. Yes, a wedding is important, but prioritize the moments after you become husband and wife. That quality time you have after you officially become one is precious. Be intentional with how you want to spend it with each other.

3. Hiring a wedding planner will relieve you of a lot of stress when handling vendors prior to the big day and hiring a day-of coordinator will allow you to relax and enjoy your day!
