We made a bold move this year, by removing our $30 options buffet options. Risky? Maybe, but it's made room for better things. Here's why:
Food costs keep climbing, even with wholesale buying and monthly specials. The truth is, food is expensive in The Bahamas.
And at .palate , quality and taste come first — always. We simply couldn't deliver that level of excellence at that price point.
By streamlining our menu, we've become more strategic with our vendors, creative in our dishes and more efficient as a team.
While we can't meet every budget, this shift has opened doors to deeper partnerships with clients who value what we do, creating memories through food.
Because at TDP, its never just about a meal... its more than food, its about experience.
