Graduation Season is here & says to all of you who ❕❕Reports now confirm that are now the most group in America. 71% of the recipients to black students are going to females! Great news right?? Yes, it surely is! But there is still work to be done as black women still only make up about 2% of leadership roles in the US and earn 64 cents to the dollar on average vs a man.
