Here’s what it takes to build a corporate event for 200+ people:

🚌 Arrange private luxury transport for the entire team 🏨 Inspect the hotel — every room, every detail before arrival 🏖️ Select a premium venue with infinity pool and sea views 🎨 Design a custom event concept — this time, Greek mythology 🏛️ Transform the entire venue from an empty hall into a themed world 🍽️ Handcraft every table — golden plates, emerald linens, Grecian column centerpieces 💐 Build floral arrangements and bespoke event décor from zero 🍸 Set up a premium craft cocktail bar with dedicated bartenders 💃 Choreograph professional dancers with full stage lighting production 🎵 Book a live band for the celebration night 🎉 Watch 200 people have the best corporate party of their year

That’s not 11 vendors. That’s one team. That’s Meet You Events — end-to-end event management, every detail, from scratch.

Nobody sees the 6am van 🚐 Nobody sees the boxes 📦 Nobody sees the team sweating 💪 They see the saxophone 🎷 They see the cocktails 🍸 They see 160 people having the night of their lives ✨ And that's exactly how it should be. Meet You 🔥 Let us do the same for your next event. You bring the guests. We build everything else.

What you see: beautiful gourmet hot dogs at a premium event 🌭✨ What you don’t see: one chef launching a lettuce into the other chef’s face five minutes before service 🥬💀😂 We don’t just cater events. We survive them 😤🔥 No hard feelings. Never. The kitchen is war but the team is family 🤝 Meet You.

You don’t serve 400 guests with average.

9 blocks of clear ice. 3 stations. A welcome drink that made every single guest stop and look twice.

An incredible weekend — and we’re just getting started 🧊
