SRT Fairs

SRT Fairs Connecting schools, international learners, and universities worldwide. University Fairs | E-Conferences | Fly-ins

SRT is a world leading high school fair organizer with 10 years experience. We have helped over 500 Universities to recruit students at Undergraduate and Graduate level. We are the fair and webinar provider of a choice of top international and IB high schools, currently in 53 countries. Our model, all-inclusive fairs, consists in recruitment events inside distinguished international schools, attended by an average of 10 local high schools. We have also integrated Grad fairs in key markets. For the universities’ best exposure, we invest in one-on-one meetings with students and parents, embassy and counselors networking events, and solid market insights. Every day we welcome between 500 and 3,000 senior students, parents and college counselors. The access to our events is limited to schools filtered according to the profile of the universities attending. At SRT Fairs, 15 talented professionals unite their hard work, creativity, skills and motivation to help universities recruit students during carefree recruitment circuits. With our main office based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and colleagues all over Europe and Latin America, we are here to help you meet with targeted students in one concise, efficient tour.

"Very well scheduled, very well organized..."

When we plan an SRT fair, our main goal is simple: skip the chaotic, overcrowded rooms so university reps can actually sit down and talk to people.

Inés Pérez from Nova University Lisbon joined us for her first SRT event in Lisbon, and she got to experience that smooth pace firsthand:

"This was a very interesting project to participate in. We were very happy to meet all these undergraduate students that came in with their counselors - they were all very curious about our programs. In the afternoon, it was equally interesting to meet so many candidates with completely different experiences and profiles. I am also very pleasantly surprised with the organization because everything was so easy. Everything was incredibly well scheduled and organized."

🎓 Creating opportunities, one conversation at a time.

Every year, we're proud to welcome partners like Tio Business School to our events, where meaningful conversations lead to life-changing opportunities.

In this testimonial, Ava from Tio Business School (The Netherlands) shares her experience participating in our fairs, from connecting with internationally minded students at our first-ever postgraduate fair in Lisbon to engaging with future undergraduate students eager to explore their options abroad.

For universities, these events are more than recruitment fairs... they're an opportunity to build relationships with students and counselors, inspire future study journeys, and connect with the right audience in a meaningful way.

Thank you, Ava, for being part of the SRT community. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
