What a weekend! Packed with energy, teamwork, and some unforgettable moments, especially seeing the Belgian Gryffins team win the world title right here at home 🏆🇧🇪

And here’s a fun fact: the Proximus Basecamp isn’t just for pro athletes. You can actually book the place for your own event, whether it’s a teambuilding, company sports day, meeting, or a chill family gathering. More than 300 inspiring startups, companies and investors came together to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and explore forward-looking ideas.All with the goal of turning them into purpose-driven collaborations.

This wasn’t just another networking event. It was a powerful example of how live communication can connect people, spark innovation, and create real impact.

Last month, Domein Witbos in Herentals turned into the epicentre of passion, performance, and pure motorbike energy. More than 5,000 riders came together for 2025, and now, you can relive it all. 💙

From roaring engines and thrilling test rides to off-road action, tattoos, food trucks and unity, this was more than an event. This was a tribe.

A big thank you to our client BMW Motorrad Belux for the continued trust and collaboration over the years. Together with our Masters and partners, we brought their vision to life: creating unforgettable moments that connect people, not just with each other, but with the brand they truly love. 💫

𝗪𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗽 𝗵𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿

Wat nooit eerder gebeurde in 50 jaar Rock Werchter, werd op donderdag 19 juni werkelijkheid. Samen met onze klant Proximus NXT, festivalorganisator Live Nation, een netwerk van top-leveranciers én een geëngageerd team van Event Masters-medewerkers realiseerden we iets wat tot dan toe onmogelijk leek: een exclusief diner midden op het legendarische hoofdpodium van Rock Werchter.

Overdag nog een bouwwerf in volle opbouw voor een van Europa’s grootste festivals, ’s avonds het decor voor een onvergetelijke beleving. Een select gezelschap genoot van een gastronomisch diner met zicht op de lege festivalweide, een unieke setting waar sfeer, historie en verwondering samenkwamen. De avond bereikte zijn hoogtepunt met een exclusief optreden van DAAN, op een plek waar normaal tienduizenden festivalgangers samenkomen.

Deze once-in-a-lifetime ervaring was meer dan een event. Het was een gedeelde uitdaging, gedragen door echte samenwerking en het vertrouwen om groot te dromen. Want bij Event Masters is geen idee te gek, zolang het met passie wordt uitgevoerd. Dit was niet alleen een eerste keer voor ons, ook voor onze klant en alle aanwezigen werd het een herinnering om te koesteren én te delen.

Yesterday, Domein Witbos in Herentals became the beating heart of the motorcycling world. Together with BMW Motorrad Belux, we hosted the country’s largest motorcycle event: over 5,000 riders, test rides on the latest models, off-road sessions, an electric test zone, a wheelie simulator, live music, food trucks, and so much more. 🏍

Event Masters took care of the full organisation. From concept to on-site coordination. Proud to have left our mark on this unforgettable day. 💪

While some fear the date, we turned it into a celebration of team spirit and collaboration. No less than 6 different clients trusted us with building stronger connections within their teams.

Last month, Royal Canin hosted two incredible "Royal Experience" events, bringing together vets and veterinary assistants for inspiring, content-rich day conferences. One took place at the stately Slot Zeist in the Netherlands, and the other at the charming Kasteel Gravenhof in Belgium.

Professionals connected, exchanged experiences, engaged in dialogue, and expanded their networks. Expert-led discussions in an interactive talk show format covered hot topics like the Clinical Alliance Partnership and Royal Canin's innovative Multifunction range, blending valuable content with real-world application.
