Oproep aan alle LARPers & cosplayers!

Studio 100 is op zoek naar magische figuren voor een nieuwe filmproductie. Denk aan elfen, fauns, tovenaars, heksen, bosnimfen, dwergen, feeën en andere mythische wezens. Heb jij een eigen kostuum en ervaring met make-up? Dan horen we graag van jou.

Locatie: Braunfels, Duitsland
Data: 23, 24 en/of 25 april
Vergoeding: €75 per dag + parkeerkosten (via onkostenvergoeding)
Catering: Inclusief ontbijt, lunch, avondsnack, snacks en drankjes

Draaiuren:
• Woensdag 23 april: 09u00 – 19u00
• Donderdag 24 april: 09u00 – 20u00
• Vrijdag 25 april: 08u00 – 18u00
(Aankomsttijd is 1 à 1,5 uur vroeger, afhankelijk van of je al in kostuum toekomt.)

Wat ze zoeken:
Ze zijn op zoek naar mensen die een eigen kostuum hebben én zichzelf kunnen schminken of opmaken. Uiteraard is er een make-up artieste aanwezig om de “final touches” te verzorgen.

In een wereld waar fantasie tot leven komt en magie in de lucht hangt, opent The compendium opnieuw zijn poorten. Dit jaar strijken we neer op El Mundo Fantasia, waar dromers, avonturiers en magiërs samenkomen om de kunst van magische workshops te ontdekken.

Wat kun je verwachten?
Stap binnen in onze betoverende fantasy-stand en laat je creativiteit de vrije loop. Gedurende het hele weekend kun je bij onze werktafels aan de slag met het maken van toverstaffen, spreukenboeken, magische drankjes, dice-sets en nog veel meer. Onze ervaren tovenaars en heksen begeleiden je bij elke stap, zodat je met een unieke creatie naar huis gaat.

Koop een basis-item en dompel jezelf onder in onze workshops, waar je gebruik kunt maken van een breed scala aan magische decoraties en materialen om jouw creatie tot leven te brengen.

Of je nu een doorgewinterde magiër bent of voor het eerst een spreukenboek opent, er is een plek voor jou aan onze tafel. Laat je inspireren, creëer iets unieks en neem een stukje magie mee naar huis.

De poorten van The compendium openen weer tijdens FACTS

Wanneer de sluiers tussen werelden dunner worden en de roep van avontuur klinkt, is er één plek waar magie en creativitiet samenkomen: The compendium.
Dit jaar openen we opnieuw de deuren van onze thematische fantasy-stand, een toevluchtsoord voor al wie de kunst van het magische wil ontdekken.

Gedurende het gehele weekend nodigen wij avonturiers, tovenaars en alchemisten in training uit om plaats te nemen aan onze werktafels. Hier kunnen jullie onder begeleiding van onze tovenaars eigen toverstaffen, spreukenboeken, magische drankjes, dice-sets en nog veel meer creëren.
Na de aankoop van een basis-item kun je deelnemen aan de workshops waarbij je ongelimiteerd gebruik kan maken van onze magische decoraties en een uniek stukje magie mee naar huis nemen.

Wat maakt onze stand dit jaar extra bijzonder?

- Onze partner The Magical Life zal met hun prachtige prinsessen jullie verwelkomen in hun prinsessenpagode vol bloemen en magie.
- Een geheel vernieuwde en sfeervolle aankleding die je volledig onderdompelt in de wereld van magie en fantasy.
- Nieuwe decoraties en materialen om je creaties nog betoverender te maken.
- Deskundige begeleiding door onze ervaren crafters, die je helpen de fijnste kneepjes van het vak te leren.
- Ruime werkplekken, zodat iedereen op elk moment kan aanschuiven en deelnemen.

Of je nu een ervaren magiër bent of voor het eerst een spreukenboek opent, er is een plek voor jou aan onze tafel. Laat je betoveren, steek de handen uit de mouwen en word onderdeel van de magie.

Join Us for a Truly Magical Experience!

It’s that enchanting time of the summer again—time to step into a world of magic and creativity! We’re thrilled to invite you to Magical Craft Day 3.0, hosted in the wonderfully themed geeky haven, The Geeky Cauldron.

To make things even easier, we’ve revamped our website and ticketing system. Now, booking your spot is smoother than ever, so you can relax while our gnomes handle the details.

What’s in store?
This year, we’re offering hands-on workshops, including:

- Wandmaking
- Spellbook crafting
- Potion brewing
- Decorating your own dice set holder, complete with the dice of your choosing

If all that crafting works up your appetite, you can pre-order delicious snacks in advance. We’ll also have a limited number of extra treats available on the day, while supplies last.

More to Discover
Our master craftsmen will be showcasing some unique, handcrafted creations available for purchase. Additionally, if you’re feeling inspired to craft something beyond the planned workshops, we’ll have extra materials on hand. All proceeds from these items will go to a charity of our choice.

Tickets are selling fast!
Nearly half of our tickets are already gone, and once we’re full, we’re full. If you’re coming with friends or want to sit together, be sure to book as a group so we can seat you at the same table.

**Important Announcement**

It is with great disappointment that we have to share that we will not be present at Elfia Haarzuilens this year with our workshops. Despite our best efforts, the decision was made to go in a different direction, and unfortunately, that means we won’t be part of this special 25th and final edition at Haarzuilens.

We are deeply saddened that we won’t be able to bring our magical world to life for you there, as we have loved being part of the experience in previous years. We know many of you looked forward to our presence, and we truly appreciate your continued support.

However, we remain hopeful that we can still share our workshops and magic with you at Elfia Arcen, and we will do everything in our power to make that happen.

While this wasn’t our choice, and we did everything we could to be there, sometimes decisions are made that are beyond our control. We hope that those attending Haarzuilens still have a wonderful time, and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
