At Sentower Park, there are always the very best showjumpers in the world and there’s an endless amount of knowledge to share, to listen to and to reflect on.

I () didn’t want to let that opportunity pass when I saw Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum, who was there with her husband Markus Beerbaum, helping their daughter Brianne (15) and their team riders.

Before heading to Sentower Park, I asked in my stories what my videos should focus on. The mental aspect came up again and again:
“How do you deal with a mistake or a disappointing round?” “How do you recharge for the next class?”
Such an interesting topic!

I’ve personally been very disappointed in myself more than once this weekend, but how do top riders handle that? Fortunately, it turns out to be a familiar story for Meredith…
