On Monday, May 11, the Verbeke Foundation in Kemzeke formed the unique setting for the 9th edition of the Gault&Millau Culinary Innovators Awards.
Surrounded by creativity, innovation and culinary talent, guests were welcomed with a refined Johnnie Walker experience before dinner. We made sure everyone could enjoy a delicious Johnnie Walker Black Label or Johnnie Walker Black Ruby cocktail, perfectly setting the tone for an inspiring evening.
A big thank you to -waterloo for hosting the Johnnie Walker bar this year and helping us create a warm and tasteful welcome for all guests.

We kept on walking — what a ride at the Brussels Bar Show 2026.

For two days, everything revolved around one clear mission: bringing the Johnnie Walker stand to life and creating a space people are naturally drawn to. Not just to look, but to stay, explore, taste, and truly experience the brand.

From the very first sketches and ideas to the final build on the floor — it’s always rewarding to see everything come together. Design, energy, people, and storytelling flowing as one. Exactly where it should be: in the middle of the action, in the rhythm of the show, and at the heart of the Belgian bar scene.

Proud of the team, the collaboration, and the final result. On to the next step.

⏳ Time is ticking for

In front of the European Commission building, together with Compassion in World Farming International, we delivered a powerful and peaceful message: the time to permanently ban cages is running out.

With this activation, we made it tangible:
- A countdown totem marking the time left until the law must be in place
- Four tents, each dedicated to a different animal category
- Testimonials from farmers, both present on-site and featured through case study boards, showing their support for this change

This campaign doesn’t stop here. Over the next 190 days, a billboard will remain visible in front of the European Commission building as a constant reminder that delay is no longer an option.

🎯 What a fantastic edition of the Belgian Open Darts in Wieze!

We’re looking back on a successful booth for Lecot, where many visitors took their chance during our showcase contest. No fewer than 256 participants joined in!

🥇 Congratulations to Quincy, who guessed the amount within just a few cents of the correct answer!

Visitors could also test their speed and reflexes with our hammer game — which brought plenty of fun and competition to the booth 🔨⚡

We brought Almdudler to Moosebar XXL with a high energy brand activation built around fun, movement and shared moments. With around six participants joining each round and 350 serves handed out, the stand turned into a lively meeting point throughout the day, reaching more than 2,000 guests 🙌 Great atmosphere, strong engagement and a perfect fit for the Moosebar crowd. Not everyone stayed on one ski, but everyone stayed for the vibe ⛷ ❄
