Bringing decades of experience from some of the world's leading theatre productions, technical designers Alex Ramsden and Mogzi have officially joined the Blue I team.
Having built their careers across the West End and international touring productions, they bring a wealth of technical expertise, problem-solving and industry knowledge to Blue I's growing technical design capability.
For both Alex and Mogzi, the move wasn't simply about a new role; it was about joining a company whose ethics and values closely match their own.

That show-first mindset sits at the heart of Blue I's ethos. By bringing technical design further in-house, the team can become involved from the earliest stages of a project, streamlining communication, strengthening collaboration and providing clients with greater support from concept through to delivery.
As Mogzi explains:
"Rather than having three conversations, now it's two. It's just streamlining the process for the customer and the producer, and it will make those relationships better."
Bringing Alex and Mogzi into the team also reflects Blue I's continued growth across Europe and wider global markets. With depth of resource, our business is even better positioned to support multiple large-scale productions while maintaining the show-first, independent approach that customers know and trust.
