For the opening of their new building, Lecot organised a two-day event in a fully adapted setting.

We supported the project with the complete event setup, including technical production, styling, furniture, bar service, and overall coordination. Our team also took care of the service during the event, ensuring smooth and consistent hospitality throughout both days.

A key focus was the efficient build-up and breakdown, allowing the space to be prepared and reset within a short timeframe while maintaining a consistent setup.

What could have been a traditional award ceremony became a living heritage experience for the Province of Antwerp. 🏛️

Each submission was presented on its own panel, allowing visitors to see, hear, and touch the stories behind the projects. Every element — from concept and branding to communication and ex*****on — was designed by Festor to create a fully immersive and engaging exhibition.

The result? An award ceremony that not only celebrated excellence in heritage but also invited attendees to explore, interact, and experience culture in a new way.

For EFFIX , we got to pull out all the stops once again. 🚀
Their biennial IT conference? We handled it from A to Z at Festor.
From concept & design to location, technical production, and overall experience: a main room, break-out rooms, an LED wall as a visual highlight, a bar for networking, and a walking dinner that smoothly transitioned into the evening program. Over 100 guests, from start to finish.
