Forest In The City invites us to take over the stage at Kavka Oudaan in Antwerp for a night of oozy goodness.
Music will be played from our first release and our upcoming release mixed with music that inspires us to do what we do.

Yesterday another part of the line up of Surya Spirits Festival dropped!
I´m sharing the stage with these great dj´s and also many artists like Dimension 5, Filteria, Jaia, Mindfield, Pleiadians and Xenomorph. And there´s more to come!
The music I play will be quite different than what I usually do but it will be fun to dig into that part of my music collection again.

Mossy Behavior teamed up with Forest In The City to throw the most epic scando forest party we had in Belgium in a long time.
A bunch of Swedish maestro's came all the way to Belgium. Derango, Traskel, Hallucinogenic Horses and Ka-Sol gave us a night to never forget. It was a real honour to open the party together with Psytek, my partner in crime for the occasion.
It was a bit of a challenge to not go too hard too soon but I think we managed to deliver a good start of the party.
We started with some goa and oldschool psytrance and then made a transition to forest and scando forest and went all the way towards the end of our set.

I was asked last minute to play so I made a set with parts of sets I already played some time ago.

These are exciting times for me as a dj. I´m not only mixing music anymore, I´m also getting a new label started and learning how to manage all stuff that comes with running a record label.

And with this new start I´ve decided to go with a new name, most people have trouble writing Vagārī anyway.

As the new label is called Ooze Tale Records I was thinking about some fun wordplay with ooze and there were a few options but I think I´ve found something better.

The idea came from Star Wars.
There was a lightsaber form called Juyo, which was used by Jedi and Sith but became taboo for the Jedi as there was a risk of being tempted by the dark side. Juyo could bring its user to the edge between the light side and the dark side of the Force, balancing in between.

My musical taste is diverse, I love to play both light and dark music. And Juyo reflects this duality well. But to not just take a term from Star Wars without a personal touch and also because Juyo seems to be a pretty common name on the internet I changed it up a bit.

My new name will be Dju-Yo.

Mossy Behavior organised its first party in a while, and it was their second suomisaundi party, called Suomi Behavior 2.
I had to play a shorter set because of some technical problems, so I skipped the first and the last part. But I've made a recording at home of the set I intended to play, which has been played on a live stream Trance Bum Productions did in remembrance of DJ Möller, who sadly passed away recently.
This set starts with some really funky tracks, after a while it gets very melodic, sometimes cheesy but mostly happy happy joy joy, and the last tracks have a darker but often quite goofy vibe.

A few weeks ago I played a suomi set on a party by Mossy Behavior.
I had some technical problems so I had to play a shorter set, but I´ve made a recording at home of the full set I intended to play, which you can hear today at 16:40 CET on twitch.
Since yesterday afternoon Trance Bum Productions is doing a livestream in remembrance of DJ Möller, who sadly passed recently.
The stream will keep going until tomorrow, so still a lot of great tunes to come!
