A new perspective on our Christmas installation at sunrise 🌅🎄
With a wider angle revealing the full façade of GSF Events beautifully wrapped for the holiday season.

How we created this giant bow:
• Built mainly with H40 truss
• A 3D-designed bow structure crafted by our in-house experts
• Decorative garlands with glossy red Juncko fabric, LEDs and Chromas for a stunning visual finish
• Custom programming for the Chromas to bring the whole design to life ✨

A true blend of engineering, creativity, and festive spirit. 🎁💫

Our building is dressed with a giant custom-made Christmas bow bringing festive spirit and warmth to our façade.

In Zurich, we transformed a high-end museum space into a fully customized immersive environment.

We created a LED wall on all four sides of the room, turning the entire space into a fully immersive visual experience.

Guests enter through custom-made doors seamlessly built inside the LED structure a technical achievement designed to keep the immersion intact from the very first step.

Inside, visitors are surrounded by immersive 360-degree content, crafted to captivate and transport them.

The Monaco Wedding was a fully controlled ex*****on from start to finish technically sharp, logistically precise, and delivered to the highest luxury standards.

📌 Mission principale :

Participer à la gestion administrative et organisationnelle de l’entreprise, et contribuer au bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes.

💼 Vos missions :

🔹 Gestion administrative & communication
• Gestion des mails entrants et sortants
• Traitement du courrier (entrant et sortant)
• Gestion des appels téléphoniques
• Accueil des visiteurs et clients au siège
• Gestion de la communication via les réseaux sociaux
🔹 Organisation & coordination
• Suivi et mise à jour de l’agenda de la direction et de l’équipe
• Préparation des réunions (documents, logistique)
• Aide à la circulation des informations entre les services
🔹 Gestion comptable & outils
• Encodage des factures d’achat et de vente dans Odoo
• Classement et suivi des documents comptables et administratifs

👤 Profil recherché :

• Étudiant(e) ou jeune diplômé(e) souhaitant acquérir une expérience en assistance administrative
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Suite Office 365), la connaissance d’Odoo est un plus
• Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), avec un bon sens des priorités
• Bonne communication écrite et orale en français ; l’anglais professionnel est un atout
• Polyvalence, dynamisme et esprit d’équipe
