🇧🇪 At KTCHN, July 21st wasn’t just Belgium’s National Day.
It was also a moment to celebrate those who give meaning and flavour to our cuisine: our local producers and partners.

Working with seasonal ingredients, collaborating with passionate artisans, and honoring the quality of our local terroir. It’s not just our approach, it’s our pride.

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on three partners who embody this vision:

🥤 Paola Cola – A local, feel-good alternative to traditional sodas. Sugar-free, full of personality, and proudly Belgian, Paola is bold, refreshing, and just the right amount of fun. We love serving it at our summer events.

🍾 Vendredi Apéro – 0% alcohol bubbles made in Belgium, perfect for toasting anytime — from wedding brunches to corporate aperitifs, even on a quiet Tuesday. Elegant, inclusive, and festive — they make every moment sparkle.

🥬 Cycle Farm Brussels – A micro-organic farm in Linkebeek, just outside Brussels. They grow vegetables with care and respect for the seasons, and deliver them ultra-fresh, often harvested the very same morning. Truly short supply chain in every sense.

These are just a few names among many. Thanks to them, every event we cater tells a story: local, responsible, and real.

Last week, the KTCHN team met a passionate grower in Linkebeek, working a 1/2-hectare plot where he cultivates seasonal vegetables by hand — with patience, precision, and deep respect for nature.

Turnips, radishes, tomatoes, lettuces, courgettes, beets…🥕🥬🍆 all grown without machines, without middlemen, using organic methods in harmony with the soil and the seasons.

🌿 This local, human and committed approach resonates deeply with our vision of responsible cuisine — grounded, honest, and connected to those who bring real flavour to the table.

At KTCHN, we believe in meaningful products, strong ties with passionate producers, and food that honours both nature and the hands that care for it.

NEW VENUE 🔥 Asiat Park

𝘼 𝙧𝙖𝙬 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨.

Last week, we invited our partner event agencies for an exclusive visit of Asiat Park, a unique and characterful venue located in Vilvoorde, just a stone’s throw from Brussels.

A former military site transformed into a cultural and event hub, Asiat Park offers a raw, industrial aesthetic, infused with nature and history. The site includes:

•⁠ ⁠a large industrial hall, perfect for conferences, fairs, or large-scale events,
•⁠ ⁠immersive outdoor areas,
•⁠ ⁠the stunning Vijver pond, ideal for elegant, festive, and surprising dinners,
•⁠ ⁠and a terrace with a red sun sculpture, perfect for intimate receptions, summer cocktails, or open-air barbecues.

To showcase the full potential of this unique venue, we created a shared experience centered around our culinary universes:

✨ KTCHN offered a refined, plant-based barbecue,
🥬 WITLOF surprised guests with an original and bold aperitif zak,
🔥 and STREAT brought its playful edge with world-inspired street food.

🌸 The atmosphere? Warm, green, and urban. Thanks to Choux & Tournesol, the floral decoration brought a poetic and fresh softness to the site’s raw character.

This gathering was designed as an immersive experience — a way to discover a place, its styles, its atmospheres, and above all… to imagine the events of tomorrow together.
