Meet Dominique Tondeurs, our head chef since the beginning of this year and the man behind the stars at 'Libertine' and 'Fleur sur l’Eau'. His style? Rooted in classical techniques, refined with global influences, and always focused on pure, honest flavours.
With Dominique leading the kitchen, we’re taking things to the next level.
Fresh energy. New ideas. Same Kattebroek soul.
