🏁 KIA Incentive Spa — Mission accomplished!

A few days ago, our team had the privilege of accompanying 13 winners from the KIA Netherlands network for an incentive weekend at Spa-Francorchamps.

On the agenda: a track baptism in an Alpine A110, an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the circuit, a 2CV road trip through the Ardennes, the Coo waterfalls, a local brewery visit...

This is exactly what drives us at Sunset Events: creating extraordinary experiences and watching people live moments they won’t forget anytime soon.

A big thank you to KIA Nederland and Mobis Parts Europe for their trust, and to all participants for their great energy throughout the trip.

ROAD 32 — The Next Journey with Valipac

On September 24, we had the pleasure of supporting Valipac for their ROAD 32 — The Next Journey with Valipac event at Event Lounge in Brussels.

A B2B evening designed from A to Z around one strong concept: the number 32, the common thread throughout Valipac’s journey towards 2032 and its new accreditation.

An immersive plenary session, live cooking, a magician, a music quiz… and above all, 200 participants who fully embraced the experience!

Off to Marseille for Hyundai Mobis! ☀️

This week, the Sunset Events team accompanied Hyundai Mobis Belgium for their regional business meeting, set in the heart of Marseille at the Mama Shelter.

On the agenda: conferences, a gourmet walking tour through the streets of the Vieux-Port and Le Panier, a friendly game of pétanque, and of course some beautiful Marseille tables to wrap things up.

Le jour de gloire est arrivé.
Secondfloor et Sunset Events rejoignent le groupe WMH Project et s’associent à WMH Project Brussels, son antenne belge.
Un groupe principalement présent en France, désormais renforcé ici, en Belgique.

Les rencontres promettent d’être belles, les projets un peu fous, et l’ambition définitivement commune. On a déjà hâte de voir ce qu’on va construire ensemble.

500 nouveaux collègues dans le groupe. Ça fait beaucoup d’afterworks d’anniversaire.

Secondfloor en Sunset Events sluiten zich aan bij de WMH Project-groep en gaan samenwerken met WMH Project Brussels, de Belgische tak. De groep is vooral actief in Frankrijk, maar versterkt nu dus ook haar aanwezigheid in België.

Mooie ontmoetingen, projecten met “een hoek af”, een sterke gemeenschappelijke ambitie … we kijken al volop uit naar alles wat we samen gaan opbouwen.

On June 5th and June 12th, we had the pleasure of organizing two corporate events for Parentia: one in Brabant Wallon and another in Flanders 🥳

Designed around a Well-Being concept, both events focused on relaxation, connection, and enjoying quality time together.

Guests enjoyed traditional wooden games, board games, and a delicious BBQ, all in a warm and welcoming environment.

These gatherings provided a fantastic opportunity for colleagues to reconnect, share experiences, and create new memories together 🙌
