We made it! We’re proud to share that cecoforma has successfully completed its ISO 20121:2024 surveillance audit, with our certification remaining valid. ✅

This milestone reflects the strong commitment of our teams to sustainability, continuous improvement, and responsible event management. From growing engagement in sustainability training to close collaboration across teams, it’s been a true collective effort.

A big thank you to ARTFOOD for participating in our audit and for the inspiring sustainability initiatives they lead themselves. Working with partners who share our values and drive measurable impact motivates us to keep raising the bar. Our industry’s practices can only evolve if we - and our partners and clients - challenge ourselves every day to further embed sustainability into everything we do.

Together with our partner The Green Shot, we’re shaping AUVENT, a groundbreaking tool to measure the carbon footprint of events. They bring the cutting-edge technology, we bring the event expertise, and together, we’re driving innovation and sustainability hand in hand.

AUVENT is more than just software: it’s a step towards helping events across the cultural and creative industries become greener, smarter, and more responsible. We’re proud to be part of this journey to make sustainability the new standard.

The tool will be tested live in key upcoming events organised by our colleagues like the Global Gateway Forum by Commission’s DG INTPA, the R&I Days by DG RTD, and the Grantholders Meeting by EACEA, stay tuned!

✨ Community Day at cecoforma ✨

Creativity was our starting point this year, and what better way to bring it to life than by painting a giant mural together?

Our Community Day is about much more than a team activity. It is a chance to step away from routine, reconnect with colleagues who travelled from all over the world, share meals, laugh, play games, dance and spark ideas in new ways.

As a communication and events agency, creativity is at the heart of what we do. It means looking at challenges differently, shaping bold ideas and finding inventive solutions for our clients. This day reminded us how powerful it is when we nurture that spirit as a team.

We left recharged, inspired and ready for the exciting projects ahead.

Something new is launching at cecoforma...!
We are excited to introduce , our new event series dedicated to the ideas, values, and challenges that matter most to us and our partners.
🟢 The first edition takes place on 18 September 2025 in Brussels and focuses on sustainability in events.
It is more than a conversation, it’s a call to action for those working in and around the EU event landscape.
💬 We will explore sustainability practices that are inspiring change in the MICE sector — from ISO 20121 certification to digital tools like carbon calculators and live-tested solutions through our work on AUVENT, co-funded by the Creative Europe programme.
🎤 Expect keynote insights, honest conversations, and a chance to connect with sustainability pioneers, and creative changemakers.

For 20 years, EDCTP has been uniting Europe & Africa to advance health through research — backed by the EU and 40+ countries. 🌍 This year’s theme: Better health through global research partnerships.

🙌 Our visibly excited cecoforma dream team was on the ground (and behind the scenes!) making it all happen — from planning and coordination to keeping things running smoothly for 1,200+ participants. Before, during, after… we had it covered! 💼💪
