🎯 Our goal is simple: equip our colleagues with practical sustainability tools to apply in every upcoming project, for ourselves and for our clients.

Together with our partner The Green Shot, we’re shaping AUVENT, a groundbreaking tool to measure the carbon footprint of events. They bring the cutting-edge technology, we bring the event expertise, and together, we’re driving innovation and sustainability hand in hand.

AUVENT is more than just software: it’s a step towards helping events across the cultural and creative industries become greener, smarter, and more responsible. We’re proud to be part of this journey to make sustainability the new standard.

The tool will be tested live in key upcoming events organised by our colleagues like the Global Gateway Forum by Commission’s DG INTPA, the R&I Days by DG RTD, and the Grantholders Meeting by EACEA, stay tuned!

✨ Community Day at cecoforma ✨

Creativity was our starting point this year, and what better way to bring it to life than by painting a giant mural together?

Our Community Day is about much more than a team activity. It is a chance to step away from routine, reconnect with colleagues who travelled from all over the world, share meals, laugh, play games, dance and spark ideas in new ways.

As a communication and events agency, creativity is at the heart of what we do. It means looking at challenges differently, shaping bold ideas and finding inventive solutions for our clients. This day reminded us how powerful it is when we nurture that spirit as a team.

We left recharged, inspired and ready for the exciting projects ahead.

Something new is launching at cecoforma...!
We are excited to introduce , our new event series dedicated to the ideas, values, and challenges that matter most to us and our partners.
🟢 The first edition takes place on 18 September 2025 in Brussels and focuses on sustainability in events.
It is more than a conversation, it’s a call to action for those working in and around the EU event landscape.
💬 We will explore sustainability practices that are inspiring change in the MICE sector — from ISO 20121 certification to digital tools like carbon calculators and live-tested solutions through our work on AUVENT, co-funded by the Creative Europe programme.
🎤 Expect keynote insights, honest conversations, and a chance to connect with sustainability pioneers, and creative changemakers.

For 20 years, EDCTP has been uniting Europe & Africa to advance health through research — backed by the EU and 40+ countries. 🌍 This year’s theme: Better health through global research partnerships.

🙌 Our visibly excited cecoforma dream team was on the ground (and behind the scenes!) making it all happen — from planning and coordination to keeping things running smoothly for 1,200+ participants. Before, during, after… we had it covered! 💼💪

One of our most inspiring events of the past month is the European Humanitarian Forum 2024! 🌟

cecoforma had the incredible honour of organising the European Humanitarian Forum 2024, a gathering that brought together over 1400 representatives from across the humanitarian community, EU Member States, and beyond. It was a testament to collaboration and solidarity in addressing pressing global challenges.

With a collective pledge of over €7.7 billion for humanitarian funding in 2024, the European Union and its Member States showcased their unwavering dedication to global solidarity and leading the charge in humanitarian action. 🇪🇺 ✊

At the heart of the Forum, the EU and Member States pledged to address conflict and safeguard humanitarian space, and the forum participants prioritised compliance with International Humanitarian Law. Moreover, the event championed equity and inclusivity, advocating for the meaningful involvement of local actors, particularly those from marginalized communities. It underscored the importance of long-term solutions grounded in the humanitarian-development-peace nexus. 🤝

A special thanks goes out to our dedicated colleagues, whose efforts, both strategically and logistically, made the European Humanitarian Forum 2024 possible. Your dedication and hard work have been instrumental in making the EHF 2024 a resounding success.

Let's carry forward this momentum, strengthen cooperation, and create a brighter future for all.

Following the phenomenal reception of the EIC Summit 2024, our enthusiasm soared as we plunged into the heart of Research & Innovation Week!

Throughout this transformative week, we joined our efforts to shape the 2024 edition of the European Research & Innovation Days — an exhilarating gathering where the sharpest minds, innovators, and leaders assembled. Together, we embarked on a journey with a singular aim: to drive the EU to the forefront of global research and innovation. From thought-provoking panel discussions to immersive workshops, R&I Days epitomized our collective dedication to driving progress and sparking innovation across vital sectors.

Furthermore, this year, the European Research & Innovation Days celebrated the most outstanding achievements of research and innovation over the last 40 years of the European Commission Framework Programme, showcasing the remarkable progress we've made and inspiring us to reach even greater heights.
We loved the opportunity to infuse the R&I Days with the distinctive touch of Cecoforma to organize this remarkable event. Thank you for the collaboration and the chance to contribute to its success.
