Last 2025 reverence for Cherry Bomb,
a finale that, even in our wildest dreams, we couldn’t have imagined.
We are so deeply grateful for how this 13-hour Halloween turned out.
It allowed us to push the fantasy to its absolute limit — turning every inch of the venue into even more of a fever dream.
You embraced the nightmare,
you fully let go of outside social norms,
you spread your wings and made our cocoon more alive than it has ever been.
A party like this demands a lot of energy, a lot of work, plenty of trust, and a good dose of risk too — but it was all so, so worth it ❤
Thank you to the little hands who helped us with the scenography,
to Lux & LN for creating an office out of this world,
to the filmmakers who let us project their work,
to the theater kids led by Cam who made those offices their stage,
to the bar staff, the security, the volunteers who keep showing up every time,
to the live acts who made all our brains melt,
to the DJs who took us to another dimension,
to the BIS crew,
to our crowd,
to the media and radios that always support us,
and to the spirits of punk — for making Cherry Bomb make sense in a world that doesn’t.
You had to be there to see it. You had to be there to feel it.
What we make is special. It has to be.
The world is a very f*cked up place right now, and we have to keep showing up for each other.
We love you all. We’re grateful — so, so grateful.
We’ll share more about this edition in the coming weeks,
but we also need a proper break to come back stronger and better than before —
because this is, after all, a fully volunteer initiative.
We see everyone who sends us demos,
the venues that reach out — and if we don’t reply, it doesn’t mean we didn’t read it or that we won’t get back to you.
We’re just a very small team, each with things to do on the side,
and we need time to rest so we can keep putting as much care and meaning as possible into the next chapter.
But please, keep sending us whatever you feel is important to share — through our emails, through our DMs.
