Under the guidance of Isabelle Le Tutour, visual artist, you’ll discover how to give existing
materials a new life. Using collected and repurposed papers, you’ll create a handmade
booklet step by step, which you can afterwards use as a sketchbook, planner, or notebook.
You’ll learn the technique of Coptic or Japanese bookbinding and see how simple materials
can grow into a personal object. If you’d like to make your booklet more personal, you’re
welcome to bring your own papers, letters, cards, or photos. No prior knowledge is needed,
and everyone goes home with a unique booklet and fresh inspiration to keep creating.

On 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟱𝘁𝗵, we kick off the first activity of Saintklet Solid’Air from 2PM to 6PM at the Quai des Matériaux / Materialenkaai (near the Ackerman building). We’re making spring rolls together! 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 and your friends. Bring your crew and make extra portions to share!
Cuisine Voisine is also bringing 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀.
Drinks available, come and chill!
For the little ones, there will be games animated by Brussels Environment.
All leftover food will be donated to HUB Brussels. 🥢

Op 𝘄𝗼𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗱𝗮𝗴 𝟱 𝗮𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘂𝘀 trappen we Saintklet Solid’Air af met onze eerste activiteit van 14u tot 18u aan de Materialenkaai (aan het Ackerman gebouw). We maken samen spring rolls die 𝗷𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻 voor jezelf én voor je vrienden thuis. Kom gerust met je vrienden langs en maak extra porties mee!
Cuisine Voisine zorgt voor 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀 𝘇𝗼𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻.
Er is ook een drankje mogelijk, kom chillen!
Voor de kleintjes zijn er spelletjes geanimeerd door Brussel Leefmilieu.
