VO Event crafted the Proximus CEO Dinner as an immersive XIXth-century experience at Galerie Bortier, where décor, music, and fine dining connected guests to history, design, and each other.

Same magic. New mindset.

This year, the BEA Awards boldly played a new card, making sustainability a clear and deliberate statement. We traded the traditional script for a daring new vision, demonstrating that an eco-conscious approach can actually be the ultimate spark for innovation.

Set against the raw, industrial backdrop of , we showcased how sustainability fuels creativity. From a 100% vegetarian menu and local partnerships to recycled decor and smart waste management, every element was designed to inspire.

This unconventional environment didn't just host the guests, it ignited their imaginations, proving that a bold strategy naturally triggers a more creative mindset.

Most importantly, the BEAs have returned to their roots as a truly Belgian event. This was a deliberate, high-priority mission for us: to put the spotlight back on our local talent and industry.

The result?
Still standing. Still creating. Still caring. Still together.
