This unrivalled conference and events venue offers 2500m² of business & event possibilities and can host up to 1150 guests with a stunning main event room of 1250m² and 11m height. The Event Lounge is easily accessible and situated nearby the heart of Brussels & Brussels National Airport. The Event Lounge has a private parking of 150 cars and parking facilities in the surroundings of 400 cars. The Event Lounge cares about the environment and limits its CO² emissions wherever possible. In this respect, The Event Lounge has signed the “Green Key” & “CO2LOGIC” charter and has undertaken a series of steps to limit its ecological footprint, without however endangering its correct functioning and efficiency.

The Fournier-Majoie Foundation Gala 2025 turned the venue into a glowing celebration of generosity, science and life.

✨ Refined dinner, exclusive auction, unique tombola and a dance floor that truly lived up to the theme “Allumez le feu.”

All to support an inspiring cause — an innovative immunotherapy project bringing hope to young people fighting osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer.

Challenge met! 🎯
The brief: 5 breakout rooms × 80 people with only 3 breakout rooms on site at the Event Lounge. With Quickspace, we installed 2 additional domes/igloos in the Cocktail Area, just behind the plenary.
👉 Result: five coherent, comfortable spaces perfectly aligned with the program.

Thanks to our partners for the agile solution. Ambitious format? We’ll find the right setup. 💪

Beating Cancer Together shone a light on cancer research: €35 million for 68 projects supported by Belgium’s Foundation against Cancer. From rare cancers to cutting-edge therapies (radiotherapy & immunotherapy), and the most common cancers, the scope is wide and impactful.

Spotlight on laureates:
• Prof. Benoit Van den Eynde (UCLouvain – de Duve Institute)
• Prof. Lars Vereecke (Ghent University/UGent)
• Dr Laurence Buisseret (ULB – Institut Jules Bordet)

We Are Moving 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Actually, we are not really moving, but...
The Event Lounge had the honor of hosting Gilles Delforge (sau-msi Brussels), Patrick Verougstraete (Eiffage Real Estate Belgium), and Diego Carrion (A2RC ARCHITECTS) for their presentation of the Josaphat project in Schaerbeek.

The title “We Are Moving” was not about us, but about our neighborhood, with this exciting new district project rising just 100 meters away, bringing new energy and opportunities to the area.
We sincerely thank Eiffage for choosing Event Lounge as the venue for this milestone event.
(And a special appreciation to City Dev Brussels for supporting the neighborhood with extra street lighting and twice-weekly waste collection in our street🌿).
