We’re extremely happy to announce the launch of Maison Marmite! We’re delighted to open our kitchen doors and all we want is for you to discover a whole world of delicious recipes.

Our concept is simple: we’re suggesting live online Zoom classes to help you prepare fabulous recipes in the comfort of your own kitchen. This way, we get together to cook together. The videos are not published online because we really want to emphasise personal interactions so that we can enjoy a joyful and unique experience together. Your kitchen is the heart of your home and the secret ingredient is, always, love! 💜

Our first lesson will be smoked tofu and leek quiche 🥧 on 6th June at 18.30 CEST

You have spoken! Here is our recipe for sweet pancakes 🥞

Ingredients
270ml soy milk
40g neutral oil
10g apple cider vinegar
180g all-purpose flour
5g salt
4g baking powder
4g baking soda
20g sugar
Some vegan butter to oil the pan

Instructions
1. Pour the soy milk and vinegar together in a mixing bowl, stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. In another mixing bowl, pour the flour, the baking soda and baking powder and the salt and mix until combined.
3. Pour the oil and the sugar in the liquid mix that we had set aside and mix until combined.
4. Pour all the dry ingredients into the bowl and whisk until you get a smooth texture without lumps. Set aside for 10 minutes (you will get a better result if set aside overnight).
5. In the meantime, get your frying pan and heat it up. Make sure it’s on a medium temperature.
6. Grease your pan with some vegan butter, and let it heat up.
7. Pour 6 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Wait until bubbles appear on the surface and flip. Wait another 30 seconds, and your pancake is done!
