Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients for event management services.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Lead marketing initiatives for various corporate events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Present proposals to clients and finalize contracts.
Manage social media marketing and brand promotion on digital platforms.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference given to Marketing/Business Studies).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event management or sales and marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in both Bangla and English.
Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
