Terms & Condition [Marriage Media & Matchmaking Service]
1.Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre is not a conventional matrimonial website. We do not advertise/showcase our client profile in any website/social media. Mach making is done on the basis of reality and client's requirement by maintaining their privacy. We maintain our client's confidentiality. Confidentiality is our first priority.
However we may showcase a small video of turmeric ceremony/ engagement/wedding/reception ceremony in our Social media to enhance our portfolio & to ensure our quality of work to the future clients.
We keep our clients profile [CV & Documents] in cloud storage such as Google Drive, Drop box, etc. We recommend our client not to bring their personal life into social media
Blogging/ Youtubing/ Tiktok/content creation during different steps of matchmaking services is strictly prohibited. Match making service contract will be immediately terminated/ closed In this type of case & service charge will be non refundable.
We will communicate & cooperate only with client & his/her one guardian [** Specially Father/Grandfather/Uncle etc] throughout the entire process of matchmaking service to ensure confidentiality &Privacy.
2. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre does not sign contract with unemployed /uneducated male or female client ,who does not have any recommendable social status/family background/professional background/educational background, Such clients are not encouraged to visit our office or contact us by any means.
We Don’t provide any service to the client with previous serious Criminal record, Bank loan defaulter, Fired /Suspended for corruption etc. However we may consider minor issues in client’s professional/political career.
Clients without having Family/home ownership/professional background/educational background are not encouraged to visit our office or contact us by any means.
3. All initial steps of match making process will take place in parent’s residence & parents/Guardian presence is a must. Clients will ensure 2/3 witness/shakhi and representative/Ukil Baba for marriage day & kabin nama.
However Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre may arrange introductory/orientation meeting in its office. Only Client along with his/her parents /Guardian are allowed in that meeting. Infant/baby/children / kids / any person below 18/unnecessary third person are not allowed in our office.
Presence of Client along with his/her parents /Guardian is a must in every Online meeting/official meeting/meeting in Residence.
Taking matchmaking back to the roots. Old school matchmaking Service on digital platform where every decision is made by guardian/parents. Clients are not encourage to visit our office without guardian.
4. Marriage depends on luck and wish of almighty GOD. Snowdrop Matrimony tries its level best to find our clients soul mate. We focus on Quality not quantity. We try our level best to make a realistic/well Balanced / compatible/ match making .Snowdrop Matrimonial Service doesn't give any guarantee of perfect match making/ successful marriage since divorce rate is very high in modern times.
5. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre takes client on the basis of one year contract to find their soul mate. We Don’t provide any urgent service. It takes time for proper documentation and verification .Matchmaking Services Can’t not be provided urgently. However client may offer us a grace period of 3 to 6 months.
Our Consultancy/Registration/Documentation & verification fees is non refundable. However service charge is refundable as per our return & refund policy due to failure of providing matrimonial service during one year contract period.
6. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre will not be responsible for Client's past /past relationships/any family issue/health/Biological/Genetically/Religious issue after marriage. However Snowdrop Matrimonial Service tries its level best to minimize the risk of marriage failure. Maximum 10 years age gap / age difference is acceptable for Matchmaking Service. However For senior citizens [Male 40 + Female 30 +] age gap / age difference can be 15 years maximum.
7. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre accepts its service charge/Fees by check/ bank transfer/Bank deposit/mobile financial service /Cash .However Cash transaction is not allowed with our employee/staff/Marketing executive for security purposes .Clients are allowed to do cash transaction only with the owner/proprietor of Snowdrop Event & Matrimonial Service centre .“Pay First Policy” for any kind of matchmaking & marriage Media services.
8. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre is the most reliable matrimonial service provider in Bangladesh where most of other matrimonial service provider are fake & fraud. Snowdrop matrimonial service will cross check all the information provided by our client .Providing any short of false information during consultancy will not be acceptable .Client will be fined 50% of the service charge for providing fake information/fake documents and it will result in the cancelation of the deal/ lifetime Blacklisted. Other 50% of service charge will be deposited immediately to client’s bank account .This type of client & their family members will no longer be able to contact or take any kind of service with Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre in near future.
9.1/2 Senior executive/executive/Representative of Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre will attend/present every steps/process of the entire match making procedure.
We don't receive any incomplete CV such as No clarification on professional Background/No specifications on address etc .We don’t accept Super edited picture/ Ai generated picture. People denying to provide real picture are not encourage to visit our office .
Pls don’t involve unnecessary third person [Friends/Cousins/Colleague/Relatives etc ] in the early stage of matchmaking process.
10. Our society is classified such as Elite, Rich, Upper middle class, Middle class, Lower Middle class, & Working class. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service Centre makes match making on the basis of Social status /Family background/Professional background/Educational background/ Looks & Appearance .we believe in a Philosophy that left hand side must be equal/equivalent to the right hand side. Reality & Compatibility is our first priority. Clients from any political & religious background are warmly welcome in our office .We as a marriage media we stay neutral throughout the entire matchmaking process.
11.Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service center will not take any liability, if marriage /marriage proposal breaks up due to lack of Client's co operation/Co ordination/financial Preparation/Sincerity/miserly, stingy, or parsimonious etc .In this type of case contract will broke & service charge will be non refundable.
12. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service centre will not take any liability of Fake commitment/Falsity/Falseness/Commitment break/ Fake assurance made by client. Match making service contract will be immediately terminated/ closed .In this type of case service charge will be non refundable.
13. Matchmaking is a professional service that deals with reality. Dont visit our office with your unrealistic dream. We don't work with your dream, we work with the reality of your life. Realistic expectations are the key for successful matchmaking.
14.Service charge will be non refundable if client demise/passing away / goes through severe medical conditions such as heart attack/ Any serious accident/ Anything beyond the control of our event management firm. In these cases service charge will be non refundable.
15. We don’t receive any gifts or take any tips from client. Client trying to tip our employee/Marketing executive/Staff & trying to manipulate verification/documentation process will be blacklisted for forever. In these type of cases service charge will be non refundable. Snowdrop Events & Matrimonial Service centre will play an honest & neutral role throughout the entire matchmaking service.
