The loss we faced from Dhaka Dreams was significant. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to merge the two-day show into a single day, but our planning, preparations, and expenses had already been made for a full two-day event. This resulted in a substantial financial strain that we are still working to overcome.
Despite these challenges, we remain fully committed to fulfilling every refund. To date, approximately 60% of the refunds have been processed. We’ve taken out loans, and our shareholders are personally contributing to ensure that everyone receives their due. All of us are working tirelessly, every single day, to speed up the refund process, because we know how much it matters.
Please trust that we are not going anywhere, we are not running from our responsibility, and we would never run away with your money. We are here, fully accountable, and doing everything we can.
