15 years ago, when I started learning how to DJ, I used to practice with the music of DJ NYK. His transitions, his energy, and his sound inspired a kid with a dream.

Years of late nights, small stages, bigger visions…
And today, after 13 years of dedication, I had the honor of sharing the stage with him in Bangladesh. 🇧🇩🔥

Tonight is 31st Night, a time usually filled with music, celebration, and joy. However, due to the passing of our former Prime Minister and the declaration of three days of national mourning, all New Year events have been cancelled.

As a DJ, it’s truly heartbreaking for me. I deeply miss my decks, the dance floor, and the energy of the crowd. I had two official performances scheduled tonight along with two private parties; all of which were cancelled. Still, I respectfully accept this situation with a heavy heart. 🥲

At the same time, I pray for the eternal peace of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia’s departed soul. May Allah grant her Jannatul Ferdous. 🤲🏻

Wishing everyone a peaceful, blessed, and hopeful New Year. May the coming days bring health, unity, and better times for all of us. ❤️❤️
