Murgh Pulao never needs an introduction but this recipe is extremely special and has been preserved within the Dhaka Nawab Family for years now.

The Pulao is pure indulgence; enriched with saffron, malai and pure ghee.

The regular combo contains a generous portion of pulao with 2 pcs of desi chicken (half chicken), a side of a Shami Kabab and my gheelicious Suji Halwa.

Offering my very popular Pakistani style Boneless Beef Haleem. It does not contain chunks of meat, rather the meat is slow cooked and blended within the haleem.
My version is the wholesome, delicious and chatpata Haleem made with beef, wheat, lentils and homemade masala, slow cooked till the meat melts off the bone. The bones are then removed and the haleem is painstakingly blended till it all comes to the right texture. Enjoy it garnished with crispy golden fried onions and all the other essential condiments!

P.S
Plz warm the haleem well before serving. If it gets too thick, add a little water while heating.
In case you plan to eat later, do not forget to Refrigerate it right away!!

Most of the store-bought stuff is very high in sugar hence, I started baking my own granola at home which allowed me to control the sugar content and the quality of the ingredients, essentially.

My version is healthy, gluten free and guilt free, basically your Dream Granola in a pack!

Mildly sweetened with honey and gurr and loaded with roasted almonds, peanuts, cranberries, raisins, coconut chips and 4 types of seeds (Sunflower, Pumpkin, Chia and Flax) all of which are packed with nutrition, essential minerals and vitamins.

An excellent choice for a healthy sehri. Enjoy it with yogurt or milk.

Nihari has a flavourful depth so deliberate that one can almost taste the unhurried and intentional consideration gone into putting the ingredients together. My version of Nihari is inspired by the famous food street of Karachi. This is a thick rich Boneless curry, laden with tender chunks of beef and shank meat, slow cooked to perfection in the bone stock of trotters (paya).
It is one of my specialities and Alhumdulillah, whenever I’ve served it to my friends and family they have relished it thoroughly.
