Position Type: Full-Time + Partnership (70:30 Equity Split)

🧠 Experience Required:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Experience with SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing & funnel optimization
• Strong understanding of content strategy, growth marketing, and analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Prior involvement in brand building, preferably for startups or media/communication agencies

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across platforms
• Manage STEP's internal marketing efforts, including website traffic growth, lead gen, and brand reach
• Build and oversee ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Optimize conversion rates, track KPIs, and report performance
• Collaborate with creative, dev, and strategy teams for seamless campaign ex*****on
• Contribute to business development and client growth strategies
• Co-own business decisions and profit via strategic partnership (70:30 split)
• Help scale STEP Communications as a recognized brand across Bangladesh and beyond
