As a Marketing Executive, you will be crucial in coordinating event details, maintaining vendor relations, and supporting our event planners. # Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event details with clients and vendors.
- Assist event planners in the ex*****on of their events.
- Make phone calls and handle communications for events.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and the community.
- Provide excellent customer service and organized, consistent communication.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Streamline event preparation processes.
# Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Excellent English & Bangla communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing techniques.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Presentation skills for corporate meetings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Smart, quick-witted, well-groomed, and well-mannered.
- Keen to deliver results and a team player.
# Employment Details:
- Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
- Apprenticeship Period: 6 months (Salary increase based on performance review & KPI after this period)
