We are looking for a creative and technically-sound 3D Visualizer to join our creative team.
💼Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Visualizer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is a bridge between creative imagination and physical ex*****on. The hired applicant would be responsible for transforming conceptual briefs into high-quality 3D environments, creating the technical blueprints required for fabrication, and preparing branding assets for print production. Applicants having prior experience of working at BTL agencies are preferable.
‼️A portfolio of relevant 3D work is mandatory.
♦️Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Design and render professional exhibition stalls, event stages, venue layouts and branding setups. Focus on "functional realism" to ensure client expectations match the final physical build. Ensure designs are not just visually stunning but also structurally feasible and cost-effective for fabrication.
- Material Specification: Apply realistic textures on renders based on actual construction materials (e.g., wooden, acrylic, HPL, sunboard, vinyl). Broad knowledge of construction materials for stalls and stages is required.
- Site Supervision & QA: Conduct occasional site visits during event setup to ensure the physical build matches the approved 3D design and technical measurements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Servicing and Operations teams to ensure designs are unique, creative, and—most importantly—structurally feasible.
♦️Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization, specifically within the BTL or Event Management industry. Agency background is highly preferred.
- Software Expertise: Expert proficiency in 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona), SketchUp, or Blender.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of spatial planning, lighting, composition, and color theory.
- Material Literacy: In-depth understanding of fabrication materials and construction techniques common in the local event industry.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-end, realistic 3D stall, stage and venue renders and the actual setup after ex*****on.
Added Advantage (Bonus Skills)
Ability to create basic walkthrough animations using Lumion or Enscape.
