Our Rules!! & Facilities!!
🔹 We are giving door to door delivery service in Dhaka Metro Area only.

🔹 No Hidden Charges & no COD Charges.

🔹 Our pick up services available 7 days a week. Unless there is any natural disaster or abnormal situation.

🔹 Delivery Charges as Following:

🛑 Diamond Delivery: Within 8 hrs Guarantee, 120Tk
🛑 Platinum Delivery: Within 24 hrs Guarantee, 80Tk
🛑 Gold Delivery: Within 48 hours, 70Tk
🛑 Silver Delivery: Within 72 hours, 60Tk

Note:
➡️ Each parcel Up to 1kg
➡️ 10-taka additional charge will be added for every 500gm if the weight is 1kg+ (Each parcel).

🔹 Payment Method:
Cash Payment: within 24 hours after completion of Delivery.
Mobile Banking Payment: within 24 hours after completion of Delivery.
Bank Payment: Every Banking Day (minimum amount 2000tk)

🔹 Pickup time: 10am-8pm. You must need to give the pickup request before 12pm for same day pickup otherwise it will be next day.

🔹 Customers must need to take the delivery within 5 days after pick up the parcel from sellers. We won't hold the parcel more than 5 days.

🔹 We will take 2 times attempt for the delivery. If customer fails to take the delivery then order will be count as new one and seller need to pay the previous delivery charge.

🔹 If any customer wants to change the delivery address which on parcel then it must be inform by the seller.

🔹 Customers must need to check the parcel in front of our member. No complaints accepted later.

🔹 If the customer doesn’t receive the phone call or doesn’t receive the product then the seller needs to pay the delivery charge.

🔹 If the customer don’t want to keep the product after opening and checking the product then the seller needs to pay 10 taka less then the delivery package the merchant takes.

🔹 And most importantly please show some respect to the delivery boys as they are also human being and they also have feelings. 😊
