১. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা : ছবি ১৫-২০ দিনের মধ্যে এবং ভিডিও ২৫-৩০ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে। (যদি কোনো কারনে দ্রুত ডেলিভারি প্রয়োজন হয় তাহলে বুকিং ফর্ম এ উল্লেখ করে দিতে হবে)
২. মূল্য ফেরত: কোনো কারনে ডেলিভারির পূর্বে অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভাবে ফাইল করাপ্টেড অথবা হারিয়ে গেলে যদি তা রিকোভার করা সম্ভব না হয়

তাহলে Vridal Visuals থেকে যে প্যাকেজ নিয়েছেন তার সমপরিমান টাকা ফেরত করা হবে এবং সাথে একটি প্রি ওয়েডিং বা পোষ্ট ওয়েডিং ফ্রী তে দেওয়া হবে (এটি ইভেন্ট শেষ হওয়ার ৩ মাসের মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য)।
৩. পন্য ফেরত : যেহেতু এটি সেবামূলক প্রতিষ্ঠান তাই পন্য ফেরত গ্রহনযোগ্য নয়।
৪.বুকিং করার ক্ষেত্রে সর্বনিন্ম ১০০০৳ এডভান্স করতে হবে।
৫.বাকি পেমেন্ট ইভেন্টের দিন ইভেন্ট শেষে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
৬.সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট ক্লিয়ার না হলে এডিটের কাজ শুরু করা হবেনা।
৭. যেকোনো ধরণের রিএডিটের জন্য ৪০-৬০ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
৮. গান সিলেকশনের ক্ষেত্রে এডিট শুরু করার আগে জানাতে হবে। এডিটের পরে গান চেঞ্জ করা যাবেনা।
১০. এডিট কমপ্লিট করে মেসেজ/কল করা হবে। মেসেজ/কল পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফাইলস ডেলিভারি নিতে হবে।
১১. গুগল ড্রাইভের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফাইলস ডাউনলোড করে নিতে হবে। ৭দিন পরে ড্রাইভ থেকে ফাইল ডিলিট করে দেয়া হবে।
১২. ফাইলের ব্যাকাপের ক্ষেত্রে পিসি/ ল্যাপটপ/ পেনড্রাইভ/ হার্ডডিস্ক/ নিজস্ব গুগল ড্রাইভ ইত্যাদি ব্যবহার করবেন। কারণ ডেলিভারির ৭দিন পর থেকে আমাদের কাছে ফাইলের আর কোনো কপি থাকবেনা।
১৩. ডেলভারি করার ৭ম দিনে ফাইলস ডিলিট করে দেয়া হয়, তাই রিএডিট করা পসিবল হয়না। তাই ডেলিভারি রিসিভের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে কোনোপ্রকার রিএডিটের প্রয়োজন হলে জানাতে হবে।
১৪. বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা:★ পূর্ববর্তী সেবা গ্রহিতাদের যেকোনো বুকিং এ ১৫% ডিসকাউন্ট দিয়ে থাকি।
★কাস্টমারদের সুবিধার্থে গুগল ড্রাইভে ফাইল(১৫ দিন মেয়াদ) প্রদান করা হয় এর জন্য কোনো চার্জ নেওয়া হয় না।
