I have given myself a challenge that I will learn to cook a new Bengali dish every weekend. This Friday I tried this recipe from “Experiences from a Gastronomad” - Prawn Barfi Curry.
Ground prawns, spiced and steamed. Then lightly fried and further cooked in a creamy coconut milk curry. It turned out absolutely delicious and worth the trouble.
Definitely a recipe to add to my recipe diary!
