🔎 Open Positions:
1️⃣ Executive / Sr. Executive – Operations
Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day operations for exhibitions and events
-Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for smooth ex*****on
-Manage timelines, resources, and quality assurance on-site
-Ensure seamless project delivery under deadlines
Requirements:
-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations (events/exhibitions preferred)
-Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
-Excellent communication skills
2️⃣ Executive / Sr. Executive – Planning & Client Servicing
Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
-Prepare impressive and engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase event concepts and proposals.
-Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
-Coordinate between design, operations, and vendor teams for flawless ex*****on
-Monitor project progress and suggest improvements
Requirements:
-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in planning/client servicing
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Good knowledge of project management practices
-Ability to multitask and handle client expectations professionally
3️⃣ Executive / Sr. Executive – Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
-Create innovative and impactful designs for events, exhibitions, and digital platforms
-Develop layouts, branding, and visuals aligned with client needs
-Work closely with planning and operations teams for ex*****on
-Contribute creative input to elevate brand presentations
Requirements:
-Strong command over Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
-Knowledge of 3D design software (added advantage)
-2–5 years of proven experience in graphic design
-A strong portfolio showcasing event/exhibition-related designs
