The client as shown overleaf agrees to hire Photography services provided by "The Red Wadding" for the event will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
* All photographs taken by "The Red Wadding" are subject to copyright.
*50% of the payment must be made in advance prior to the event as confirmation. The rema
ining half of the payment must be completed at the end of the event.
*No refund policy of advance payments due to accidental cancellation of booking.
*"The Red Wadding" holds the right to Edit, Modify, and process any photograph.
* Delivery of all of the photos and videos will take about a month.
* It is highly recommended to hire only one professional team to get the best result.
* BDT 3000/- will be charged for every extra hour *BDT 3000/- will be charged for bashor shoot.
* Client have to provide transport for the photographers and Cinematographer safter 11.30 pm and for bashor shoot
* Clients outside of Dhaka have to pay 40% extra.
* For any technical issues, accidents or any mishaps, we are not liable at all. But we will try to do our best to provide support regarding the issue happens.
