🌀2 days ago I ordered some custard-filled donuts from Crafted Delicacies and had an awful experience. I posted a negative review on my page and immediately got in touch with the owner. The owner, a young lady called Fatema, eagerly listened to all my suggestions and complaints and took note of everything. She apologised profusely and promised to do better.

I had sent her some reference pictures and suggested that she try out different recipes and experiment until she got the perfect size and texture. To my surprise, she knocked me the very next day with pictures of absolutely delectable looking donuts oozing with custard & right away I knew I had to order again! This girl had worked too hard not to deserve another chance, and of course, a follow-up post!

I received my order of 8 donuts at around 5:30pm today, much larger in size, absolutely loaded with custard and oh-so-delicious 😍 The donuts were light and airy & the custard filling wasn’t overly sweet, just the right amount. She toned down the sweetness of the custard to balance it out with the powdered sugar on top. The whole thing was perfectly executed.

I am so delighted for Fatema. A remarkable young lady with such passion to learn and improve! All my love and prayers for Crafted Delicacies 🤍🤍
