এখন বিয়ের মরশুম। চারিদিকে সাজ সাজ রব। আনন্দে মুখরিত সবাই। বাঙালি বিয়েতে সবচেয়ে মজা হয় গায়ে হলুদ এ। ছোট বেলা থেকে দেখে এসেছি বিয়ের উপহারের সাথে মাছ তো যাবেই। আবার সেই মাছ ছেলেরে বাড়ির অতিথিদের কে ভেজে খাওয়ানো।
সবাই এতো সাজলে মাছ বাবাজি কি দোষ করলো। ওকেও খুব সুন্দর করে সাজিয়ে পাঠানো হয় মেয়ের বাড়ি।

বাঙালি বিয়েতে মাছ পাঠানো একটা ঐতিহ্য।
সাধারণত আস্ত জোড়া মাছকে হলুদ মাখিয়ে পাঠানো হতো মেয়ের বাড়িতে। আগের দিনে এই মাছ ভাজা হলুদে আসা অতিথিদের পরিবেশন করা হতো।
এখন এই প্রচলন খুব একটা দেখা যায় না। তবে মাছ পাঠানোর রীতি টা এখনো বলবৎ আছে।
কিছু মাছ সাজানোর আইডিয়া। খুবই সহজ কিন্তু অপরূপ সুন্দর এই সাজ গুলো।
