Last night, 10/07/2025, K9 Ron was deployed in a neighboring jurisdiction for a narcotics sniff. K9 Ron gave a positive indication leading to a search of the vehicle which yielded suspected methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia. Two subjects were taken into custody as a result. That’s a good boy Ron 👏🏼

Such a sad update on Brick from the Morristown Hamblen Humane Society:
“At UT emergency it was determined that Brick had very aggressive cancer in a location where surgery was not an option. Despite our willingness to do whatever we could for him, there weren’t any treatment options. He would still give sweet tail wags and show love, but he was uncomfortable. The kindest thing we could do for him was to make the gut wrenching decision to let him go peacefully.”
The shelter says leftover donations sent in for Brick will help other sick or injured pets.
