Fancy trying Peruvian food this weekend? Leave the cooking to us for Friday delivery. Ají de Quinoa y Pollo is a new favourite at many friends' homes! It's my Gluten Free, Nuts Free, interpretation of the classic Ají de Pollo. Quinoa & chicken based curry with Peruvian spices served with white rice and boiled egg. Flavourful but not spicy, so that the whole family can enjoy. When would you prefer it? It stays good for 3 days in the fridge.
