Entrepreneurs will soon receive another opportunity to gather vital information on how to manage their teams effectively.
FundAccess will host a workshop, HR Mastery: Unlocking Potential, Driving Growth, starting Wednesday, March 26, and continuing every Wednesday, until April 9, 2025.
The sessions, to be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., will be facilitated by HR Generalist, Deborah Scantlebury, whose expertise is in areas such as Policy Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Coaching, and Employee Relations.
Participants may attend the workshop in person at FundAccess’ Pinfold Street, Bridgetown location, or online via the Microsoft Teams Platform.
Topics to be covered include an Overview of the Labour Legislation in Barbados; Creating Employee Profiles; Recruiting Strategies for Small Businesses; Basic Hiring Strategies & Interviewing Techniques; an Overview of the Employment Rights Act; and Contract Preparation.
