Udruženje nezavisnih stvaralaca i aktivista GETO (UNSA Geto) djeluje od 1999. godine sa jasnom misijom: razvoj kulture koja podstiče aktivno učešće građana u društvenim procesima, osnaživanje civilnog sektora sa fokusom na mladima, te ostvarivanje ljudskih prava kroz umjetnost i aktivizam. Više od 25 godina, UNSA Geto gradi prostor slobode, kreativnosti i solidarnosti u Banjaluci – prostor u kojem
se ideje pretvaraju u konkretne promjene. Kroz brojne projekte, inicijative i kulturne programe, UNSA Geto je postao važan akter nezavisne scene u BiH i šire. godine, UNSA Geto vodi Društveno-kulturni centar Incel (DKC Incel) – jedinstven prostor smješten u krugu nekadašnjeg industrijskog giganta INCEL-a, koji sve ove godine pulsira kao srce nezavisne umjetničke i aktivističke scene. DKC Incel je otvoren prostor za sve koji vjeruju u slobodu izražavanja, nezavisnu umjetnost, društveni angažman i zajedništvo. Nastao iz potrebe da se odgovori na nedostatak prostora za alternativne kulturne i društvene aktivnosti u Banjoj Luci, DKC Incel je postao utočište i platforma za stvaraoce, kolektive, organizacije i mlade ljude iz različitih sfera. U proteklih 12 godina realizovali smo više od hiljadu događaja – koncerata, festivala, radionica, filmskih projekcija, predavanja, buvljaka, skateboarding skupova i još mnogo toga, oblikujući prepoznatljivu i autentičnu scenu u našem gradu. A pored toga, ustupivši prostor nafirmisanim lokalnim umjetnicima, pomogli smo u kreiranju i osnaživanju zajednice umjetnika iz Banjaluke i šire. Ideološki, DKC Incel stoji ZA kreativnost, samoorganizaciju, solidarnost, otvorenost i toleranciju, a PROTIV svih oblika diskriminacije, predrasuda i represije. Pored toga, UNSA Geto je i osnivač BL ART Festivala, koji se održava više od petnaest godina i predstavlja višednevni kulturni događaj i platformu za društvene promjene – podsjetnik da umjetnost može biti moćno sredstvo za kreiranje boljeg i miroljubivijeg društva. U budućnosti, DKC Incel vidimo kao ključni stub nezavisne scene u regiji – mjesto koje okuplja, osnažuje i inspiriše.

The Association of Independent Creators and Activists GETO (UNSA Geto) has been active since 1999 with a clear mission: to develop a culture that encourages active citizen participation in social processes, to empower the civil sector with a focus on youth, and to achieve human rights through art and activism. For more than 25 years, UNSA Geto has been building a space of freedom, creativity, and solidarity in Banja Luka – a space where ideas turn into concrete change. Through numerous projects, initiatives, and cultural programs, UNSA Geto has become an important actor on the independent scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond. Since 2013, UNSA Geto has been managing the Socio-Cultural Center Incel (DKC Incel) – a unique space located within the grounds of the former industrial giant INCEL, which all these years has been beating as the heart of the independent artistic and activist scene. DKC Incel is an open space for all who believe in freedom of expression, independent art, social engagement, and community. Created in response to the lack of space for alternative cultural and social activities in Banja Luka, DKC Incel has become a refuge and platform for creators, collectives, organizations, and young people from diverse
backgrounds. In the past 12 years, we have organized more than a thousand events – concerts, festivals, workshops, film screenings, lectures, flea markets, skateboarding gatherings, and much more – shaping a distinctive and authentic scene in our city. Moreover, by providing space to emerging local artists, we have contributed to the creation and empowerment of an artistic community in Banja Luka and beyond. Ideologically, DKC Incel stands FOR creativity, self-organization, solidarity, openness, and tolerance, and AGAINST all forms of discrimination, prejudice, and repression. In addition, UNSA Geto is the founder of the BL ART Festival, which has been held for more than fifteen years and represents a multi-day cultural event and platform for social change – a reminder that art can be a powerful tool for creating a better and more peaceful society. In the future, we see DKC Incel as a key pillar of the independent scene in the region – a place that brings people together, empowers, and inspires.
