✨ Wedding Catch Up Continues ✨

Next up, we’re celebrating BRIANNA + JOSHUA 💕

We had the pleasure of cooking up a storm at Hedlow on a stunning Thursday afternoon. Guests were greeted with a vibrant cocktail hour graze, packed with both savoury bites and sweet treats (those brownies didn’t last long 😋).

For dinner, Brianna and Joshua brought a little romance from our Tasting Night straight to their wedding – they fell in love with our stuffed Camembert and rosemary Ciabatta bread, so of course it had to feature as the perfect table starter. 🥖🧀✨

From there, it was a hearty and elegant main course of sirloin steak and sun-dried tomato chicken supreme. A feast fit for their beautiful celebration – and yes, dinner was well and truly in the bag! 🍴💛

✨ Wedding Season Catch Up ✨

Well, what a whirlwind it has been – this wedding season has kept us on the move, and we’re finally playing catch up on all the beautiful celebrations we’ve had the joy of catering! 💍🍴

Starting it off with AMANDA + BEN 💕
We packed up the food trailer and hit the road out to Oombabeer for this gorgeous bush wedding. Their day was filled with so much love, laughter, and of course, plenty of delicious food.

Guests were welcomed with a tasty grazing table and later mingled over our much-loved Mingle Menu – the satay chicken spring rolls and beef bao buns were the stars of the night (no surprise there 🙌). And to top it off, Meg worked her cake magic and brought the sweetest goodness all the way from Yeppoon. 🎂✨

We’ll never say no to a road trip when it means celebrating love like this. 🚐💛

Meet Meg, Amber & Mikaly — our Creative Cater chef dream team. 👩‍🍳✨
When we’re not whipping up fine dining magic from our food trailers, you’ll find us being our silly selves (because even chefs need a little fun between courses, right?).

These snaps were taken at a recent vendor showcase — with our gorgeous “bride” also being one of our longest friends & colleagues 💕 (talk about full circle!).

So yes… we’ll bring the elegance, the flavours, the restaurant-quality meals… but also the laughs, the personality, and just a sprinkle of our crazy chef side too. 😉

When you get to see a friend you’ve known since she was 17, walk down the aisle with her forever person… it’s pure magic. 🥹✨

Baleigh, you were absolutely stunning – your dress was so you, and you truly sparkled all night. 💕

LOCATION: Hedlow Retreat
And what better way to celebrate than with a food party?

For cocktail hour, Baleigh gave us the best gift of all… creative freedom! 🙌 So we fired up the Gozney ovens for our FOCCACIA PIZZA BAR
– house-made bases topped with all the good stuff and cooked to perfection by Mikaly. Heaven on a plate. 🍕✨

Dinner rolled into a feast fit for the occasion – a BBQ Banquet with creamy potato bakes, sirloin steak, BBQ chicken, pulled pork, and lamb koftas… the kind of spread that keeps everyone going back for more.

It was an unforgettable night for the sweetest couple. Congratulations again, Baleigh + Kailym – thank you for letting us be part of your love story. 🩷

On Saturday night, we had the absolute pleasure of serving up a 3-course feast for the incredible Emu Park RSL. The room was set in true traditional mess hall style, and the atmosphere was nothing short of amazing.

Menu Highlights:
🩷 Entrée – Thyme Arancini & Karaage Chicken
🩷Mains – Sirloin Steak & Semi-Dried Tomato Chicken Supreme
🩷Dessert – Black Forest Tart & Spiced Apple Cheesecake

A huge thank you to the Emu Park RSL team – it’s always an honour to work with such wonderful people. And of course, a big shout-out to my creative crew who brought it all together flawlessly. 💛
