We’re hiring – Blunt Cat Catering (Collector, NSW)
We’re on the hunt for Casual Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join the Blunt Cat Catering crew. Operating out of the Collector Wines (Collector, NSW) kitchen, we cater not only for the Tasting Room but for Private Events & Weddings across the region.
We’re all about seasonal & sustainable produce inspiring ingredient driven menus and genuine hospitality. Late nights are minimal, no split shifts, no nightmare-inducing ticket machines screaming at you.
CHEF
We’re looking for someone who can work confidently in a small kitchen, care about the details and enjoy being part of a close-knit team. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but attitude and reliability matters more. The opportunity to work at our other venues in Gunning & Yass, plus external events is also a possibility if interested.
KITCHEN HANDS (Collector venue only)
Whether you’re looking for your first hospitality role or already have kitchen experience, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll help keep service running smoothly, support the kitchen team and play an important part in delivering memorable experiences.
What we offer:
Casual positions with regular weekend shifts + some weekday shifts
Mostly daytime services (we do very minimal nights)
A supportive team who take the work seriously (but not themselves)
