Saturday we had our champions and stepping in the ring at taking on quality competition and stepping up in experience.
First up we had Jayden taking on from
Both boys started strong both landing damaging shots to the lead legs and looking for an early finish, which Jaydens strong opponent capitalized on. Hats off to Urban fighter and coach they executed perfectly and the communication and bond between them meant they were never going to lose that fight.
Next up we had taking on the experienced southpaw from .
Isaak stuck to the game plan and stayed away from the southpaws power left for most of the fight, circling left and working his faints and switching and pushing the pace. Jack was fighting smart staying at southpaw range and timing the counters and Isaak started to struggle to find his range for his right hand. Deep into the 4th round Jack landed a beautiful left on top of Isaak crown staggering him back and then following it up with another left hand to seal the victory.
Hats off to both these fine gentlemen for taking on the hard fights and never shying away from a good challenge. We may not have won this time around but we are building towards something great, and we trust in the process.
