I have been told many times
by retreat facilitators and guests, that having conscious food and a mindful presence in the kitchen is integral to the success of any retreat. Food inspires conversation, community and synergy in any deeply grounded, intentional setting. It is an honour to be invited into these experiences to provide nurturing and nourishment not only for the participants but also to the divine facilitators and space holders so they can focus on their attendees and step into sharing their magic without having to worry about the food. I am proudly eco - conscious, with a commitment to serving the local community and preserving the environment. My mindful efforts include; keeping food waste to a minimum and partnering with as many local businesses, growers and ethical vendors with minimal use of plastics where possible. My cooking style is simple, fresh, seasonal, organic, full of colour and high nutritional yumminess! My intuitive cooking stems from a love of creating alchemy with inspiration from the flavours, textures and colours of nature and beautiful seasonal produce. My joy and passion for nourishing body,mind and soul along with the understanding of the importance of staying in alignment with all aspects of the retreat experience.
