Venue One is located on a 40 acre property along with the highly regarded Chandeliers on Abbey luxury accommodation. Chandeliers on Abbey have three five star chalets available to hire during your wedding weekend for bridal party preparations, close family or for your honeymoon. These chalets were purpose built for couples, however we are flexible when it comes to weddings and endeavour to accommodate your wedding preparations and bridal party guests as much as we possibly can.

Dave and I had a picture of what we wanted in a wedding venue. We wanted flexibility, different options for the ceremony and the reception, as well as people that were willing to do anything for us. We searched high and low for this venue and by chance, we stumbled upon Chandeliers on Abbey from one of many google searches. I am so glad we kept looking until we found this venue! We contacted Ian and he was more than accommodating for us to come down the following weekend to have a look. We were travelling 5 hours to see this venue, so he made the time to see us.

Upon our arrival, we were met by an abundance of greenery and immaculate gardens. Carleton and his adorable little pug were there waiting to meet us. He showed around the entire venue from each potential ceremony option, as well as the chalets.

We knew from that first visit that this was the perfect venue for our magical wedding day. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Ian and Carleton were always a phone call away and willing to help. They always had an answer for every question.

Leading up to the wedding, we had access to the venue for set up several days before our big day. We were overwhelmed by the horrible weather of rain and wind. We were unable to put up the marquee but despite this, Ian and Carleton had it all set up by the following day. They reassured us that should the weather not subside, there was always another option for our day. Ian and Carleton joined the team of setting up with decorations and tables and offered countless hours of labour.

On our wedding day, we had beautiful blue skies. As time got closer, Ian and Carleton assisted with guest arrival and guest parking. They made sure everything ran smoothly and had full contact with our MC. Our day could not have run better.

We want to thank Ian and Carleton for all their help, advice and hours of work. Chandeliers on Abbey is the most beautiful and well thought out venue. It is close to Busselton and Dunsborough, but it still has that country charm feeling. The views are amazing.

We cannot thank Ian, Carleton and the team at Chandeliers on Abbey. You guys truly are the best team for the job.

We always knew we wanted to be married in our beautiful south west, as we live in Australind we spent a day looking at wedding venues down south. Chandeliers was one of the last sites we visited, we almost didn't make it, but we are forever grateful that we did. As soon as we walked into the venue we knew straight away this is where we would be married. Stunning gardens with great cover for your ceremony from the sun, lots of different options for different backgrounds surrounded by beautiful bush land. Chandeliers has the capacity to be your ceremony and reception destination which makes it super easy for your guests.

From the get go Ian and Carelton were the most helpful gentlemen in planning our gorgeous day. They were super flexible with our wishes and were happy to take on board any crazy idea we had. They always made the time for us when we wanted to come down and see the venue to measure or plan. Carelton really helped us source everything we needed for the day from chairs to catering equipment.

Our day was honestly absolutely perfect, not even an understatement. The gardens were beautifully maintained, stunning green grassed area where you can plan any type of reception your little heart desires. Great toilet facilities for men, women and anyone needing disability access, there was also a toilet that was big enough for the bridal party to use to touch up after the ceremony also. There is plenty of room and access for your caterers and/or bar staff to set up and create.

We hired the three beautiful chalets on site for the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. We used Chalet one for the boys on the night before and the girls stayed across the road at a beautiful Air BnB called For the Birds Yallingup, the night of the wedding chalet one was used for the bride and groom and the bridal party used the Air BnB. Chalet two and three were for our parents. We didn't have any noise restrictions or curfew time.

Chandeliers is situated in an ideal location to get the most stunning bridal party photos. We were able to get forest pictures, field pictures and beach photos all within 1.5 hours before the reception started.

We are excited for our future and will definitely be visiting Chandeliers again for future anniversaries to stay and reminisce. Chandeliers really is a stunning canvas to create your dream wedding day.
